The Lithium sits in the middle to top end of Airush's kite range as their all-round freeride kite, the one built to do a bit of everything well rather than specialise. The 3 strut delta-hybrid platform is what makes that possible: a wide wind range, quick and precise steering, and the easy relaunch delta kites are known for. It flies with light bar pressure and sits predictably and is stable in the air so it's easy to know where it is whether you're cruising, working on new moves/tricks, jumps and rotations or riding through waves.

The Lithium has been refined steadily rather than being reinvented, staying true to the delta-hybrid, 3 strut shape that's makes it such a dependable all-rounder. This version brings improved jumping and hangtime, a lighter and more balanced feel at the bar, and faster steering from a reworked planform and leading edge. It's equipped with the V3 Bridle System, which keeps the kite steering even when fully depowered, giving it a wide, usable wind range with plenty of depower on tap. The bridle layout and V pulleys keep the steering light while still letting you feel where the kite is.

The Technoforce D2 canopy is a tough, double-coated polyester that resists UV and abrasion, so the kite holds its shape and stays crisp through its life. Put it all together and you've got a kite that asks very little of you and is forgiving enough for a rider still finding their feet, with the range and performance to stay fun long after as you progress.
