You have rights under UK consumer law, and we aim to make returns straightforward.
Cooling-off period: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, please notify us in writing with a clear reference to your order number (email is fine), a phone call alone isn't enough.
Faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject goods and get a full refund if you do so within 30 days of receiving them.
Condition of returns: We totally understand that sometimes items need to be returned, but we have to be specific about what we can accept back into stock. We can only take back items that are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all labels still attached. So if you're unsure about something, open the packaging carefully and keep everything safe. You're welcome to try a wetsuit or accessory on for size, but if it's been damaged while trying it on, used in or on the water, or shows other signs of use, we cannot accept it back. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. Refunds may take up to 3 to 10 working days to reach your original payment method.
If it's just not right for you: Get in touch if you've tried something and it doesn't suit you. We'll do our best to find a solution. If you'd like a different size, we would be happy to help and make this possible.
Refunds: Once we've received your returned item, followed our returns check protocol and processed it, you will receive a notification from us that this has been finalised. We process refunds within 2 working days of receiving the item back with us. Your card provider or payment processor may then take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the refund in your account.
Refused deliveries: If you refuse delivery, we'll refund the order once the package is back with us, less shipping and return costs.
