Performance & Feel

The narrow, longer outline gets the Blast up and flying quickly, and that same narrower width helps keep the rails out of the water when you're turning hard into the face of a swell. The deck pad has been reworked with raised rails and grooves that let water move off the pad faster, so grip stays consistent underfoot with no slippage.

Full carbon construction with a PVC top and bottom keeps the Blast light and stiff and built to take a beating, and the longer foil tracks make it Foil Drive approved, opening it up to motorised foiling as well as wing foiling.

The larger sizes suit intermediate riders well, while the smaller sizes are aimed at more progressive riders, and they're a favourite with our winging racing crew for how efficiently they move through the wind. The Blast pairs well with higher aspect front wings like the Fireball and ART V2, which benefit from the extra take-off speed this board generates.
