Performance & Feel

Moving from straps to boots changes how a board feels underfoot. Straps let you move your feet and bail in a hurry; boots lock you in for direct, committed control, and the Core is built to make that switch from footstraps painless. The three velcro straps pull tight one-handed, so you're secure without the hassle of laces on the beach. Once you're riding, the low-cut closed-toe shell supports your ankle, the chassis bends with the board's rocker rather than fighting it, and the widened baseplate toe puts more foot in contact for edge control.
