The Clam Cleat trim is easy to use and holds where you set it, easy to reach and adjust one-handed even with cold or wet fingers, with a soft webbing handle. The new PU-coated depower line slides cleanly through the bar, giving a more premium feel, and is longer lasting too.

The standout addition this version is the bearing swivel at the quick release, which lets your lines untwist with a quick spin. If you loop, or just hate untangling at the end of a session, this feature is a big win. The EVA bar ends stay flexible for a direct, responsive feel and float the bar when relaunching, while the sand-resistant EVA grip sits comfortably in the hand through long sessions.

Safety is at the forefront of its design. The quick release is aligned to the ISO 21853 standard with one-handed release and reset, and the Low-Y on the centre lines gives a quick single-line flag-out, which is why the system meets IKO and BKSA teaching standards.
