The recessed pocket holds the Foil Drive unit and mast in a narrow, snug-fitting cavity, keeping everything in perfect alignment while cutting the drag and disrupted hydrodynamics a bulkier trench design would bring. The riding position feels exactly like a regular board with none of the compromise that can come with motorised setups.

Underneath, a new one-piece slider T-nut system makes setup and battery changes far quicker: drop, slide, lock, done. Fibreglass reinforcement in the track zone and front deck keeps controller signal strength uninterrupted, solving a common frustration with full-carbon boards. Moulded carbon construction keeps the board light and at 4'11" x 18⅞" with 40 litre volume, it's compact and built to stay responsive rather than feel like it's carrying extra kit.

Designed in close collaboration with the Foil Drive technical team, the Axis Pocket Trench Board is compatible with all Gen 2 Foil Drive models, including the newly released Gen 2.5 Foil Drive FUSION.
