Performance & Feel

The Blitz's defining trait is how comfortable it feels at speed, largely down to how locked-in the whole setup is. D/LAB construction and a thin, low-drag profile let it accelerate cleanly and hold the top end without losing control. That control and grip carries into everything else it does. It still turns, but not in a surfy way: more arcing turns with little yaw, especially when paired with the R190. Because of the grip and composure at speed, it's a mega foil for jumping on all craft, but specifically a kite. Kite foiling is also really fun on the Blitz, offering the most locked-in feeling in the Duotone range.

It stays settled and holds its line right at the edge of what it can do, thanks to a gullwing curvature through the span. Everything stays tight exactly where a standard connection would start to give, down to the reinforced 3BS+ connection to the D/LAB tail with its fourth M6 screw beyond the standard three-bolt setup.

• 550: race-focused, built purely for outright speed
• 800: very similar in feel to the 550, but generates more speed for the same effort, so it suits lighter wind, upwind riding, or heavier riders
