Performance & Feel

This is F-One's easiest wing to learn on, and it stays useful long after you've moved past the basics. Power delivery is smooth and predictable, so once you're on foil there's barely anything to manage. That low-effort character also makes it a genuine light-wind and freefly wing too, so if you're on a bigger board and foil and need easy power to get going, or you just want to make the most of a marginal day, the Origin V2 earns its place in the quiver.

Staggered seams and small radial cuts at the wingtips and the back of the strut work together to control deformation and keep the profile smooth under load, backed up by a Load Diffuser of overlapping Mylar and Dacron panels which holds the shape and adds longevity. The strut and the central leading edge segments are built in HITEX 158g for durability, while the remaining leading edge sections use lighter Dacron 150g to keep overall weight down. A straight central strut reduces drag and controls twisting and the canopy is made of TECHNOFORCE/D2, 52g through the body with a thicker 66g on the trailing edge where load is highest.

It's a genuine first wing for beginners who want a wing that has enough range to stay relevant as your riding develops, particularly on light wind days.
