The Element sits one step up from the Static at the accessible end of ION's wetsuit range, and like the rest of the line it brings tech from the Seek Core and Seek Amp suits down to an everyday price. This is the warm-weather end of that range, with a twist. The full sleeve gives your arms a bit of warmth and covers them from sun and wind, while the short legs stay free and cool. The front zip seals across the chest keeping entry simple and the shoulders free to move. Seams are glued and blind-stitched to keep water out.

None of this is reinventing the wheel. It's an honest, comfortable, stretchy 2mm shorty that does its job across every discipline, from a summer surf to an open-water swim to a warm-day kite, wing, wake or SUP session, without asking much of your wallet.
