The ION Neo Shelter 2026 Jacket Amp is the warmest version of the Shelter jacket range with 2mm neoprene, mid-thigh length, with ION's Helio_Plush lining for extra heat retention on the coldest days on and around the water. The lining traps air against your body, stretches with you and dries fast, so it stays warm even after getting wet. The ergonomic hood with adjustable draw cords keeps your field of view clear when you're riding, Lycra cuffs seal the wrists against wind and water, and the harness hook opening means it works over or under a kite or windsurf harness.
