The ION Neo Hoody Lite Jacket is a 1mm neoprene wind-stopping layer with an adjustable hood for cold days on and around the water. The harness hook opening means it works over or under a kite or windsurf harness, and the relaxed fit leaves your arms free for great movement with minimal restriction.

"Over half of our staff are watersports instructors, and the choice between this hooded jacket and the Neo Cruise (which has no hood) makes for a lot of discussion. In simple terms, if you're riding and crash, the hood can fill with water, so when you're upright again you get a slosh of cold water from it. You don't get that with the Cruise jacket. I so whilst it's a personal preference thing, what you plan to do on the water is worth bearing in mind when you're choosing between the two."
