Max_Flex sits across the chest, shoulders and neck — a three-dimensional recycled fabric with a rhombus structure that gives 30% more stretch than conventional linings and disperses water rather than absorbing it. It dries quickly. Eco_Stretch covers the rest of the body, recycled nylon that matches the stretch of standard linings without the environmental cost. Together they make the suit feel unrestricted across a full range of motion.

Inside, Hot_Stuff 3.0 runs throughout the body — the stretchiest thermal lining in ION's range, made from recycled nylon. Alongside it sits Graphene_Plush 2.0, the headline upgrade for 2027. Graphene is an exceptionally light, strong and heat-conducting material, and incorporating it into the lining delivers up to 20% more warmth. It's also made from recycled fabrics and dries quickly. Silk_Stuff 2.0 at the chest, shoulders and arms keeps the suit comfortable against bare skin and easy to get in and out of.

The Sweep Cut seam-free shoulders keep your movement free and Maki_Tape 2.0 reinforces the lower body seams and cuffs from the inside. Fully taped seams throughout add durability across the whole suit. The Water_Gate panel seals the back zip from the inside, reducing water entry. Drain holes let any water that does get in clear quickly.
