The ION Seek Core 3/2 Long Sleeve Front Zip Shorty sits at the warmer end of the Seek Core shorty range, made for days when the 2mm shorty isn't quite enough. Long sleeves cover your arms from sun and wind and 3mm through the body with 2mm through the arms and legs gives a bit more warmth without losing flexibility.

Performance & Feel

The Seek Core sits in the mid-to-upper part of ION's wetsuit line, a step up from the Element without climbing into flagship money. Limestone neoprene runs through the suit, laminated with Aqua Alpha water-based glue. Hot_Stuff 2.0, ION's stretchiest thermal lining, is in the torso and thighs, with Plasma_Plush in the full back area for extra insulation and Silk_Stuff in the rest of the suit. Sweep_Cut shoulders use fewer panels and fewer seams, so reaching and paddling stays free.

Seams are glued and blind-stitched, with Maki_Tape 2.0 reinforcing the lower body and cuffs, and a Seal_Tite rubber strip at the cuffs and collar to cut leaks further. The front zip has a soft cordlock for one-handed adjustment and a replaceable draw cord, and the long sleeves keep the sun and wind off your arms.
