The ION Nova Womens Kite Harness is for riders who want plenty of freedom to move without giving up back support. At flex index 6 it's one of the softer, more flexible harnesses in ION's range. Flexible side panels and an internal flex belt let you twist and bend through the session, while a high outline keeps good support across your back and an EVA pad on the inside adds cushioning where the harness sits against you.

Performance & Feel

The Nova sits at the softer, more flexible end of ION's harnesses, made for riders who'd rather move freely than be locked into a stiffer "Hard" shell harness. The internal flex belt and flexible side panels let the harness bend and twist with you, so you can rotate and reach without feeling held rigid, while the high outline gives support when you feel the load from the kite. An EVA pad on the inside cushions where the harness meets your back and adds comfort through long sessions.

Being on the softer side doesn't mean it skimps on the build. The part Curv construction keeps the weight down, and the non-water-absorbent HD_Foam means it won't soak up water and get heavier as the session goes on. The Spectre Bar spreader bar handles the connection to your kite, and its Curv_Flaps spread the pull smoothly across the harness.
