Performance & Feel

The Majestic sits in the mid to upper tier of Mystic's wetsuit range, and it earns its place mostly through the MX4 Yamamoto 39 neoprene, a genuinely warm material that is super stretchy. Mystic use multiple panels through the arms so the stretch works in every direction, which matters all the more in a thicker winter suit where stiffness would otherwise creep in, and the Knitflex+ outer adds give through the arms and shoulders.

A Flaremesh+ lining through the chest and back reflects and holds your body heat and dries fast between sessions with a Fox Fleece lining across the lower body adding insulation where you sit lowest in cold water. Windmesh panels across the chest and back block windchill and all the seams are glued, blind-stitched and backed with internal waterproof stretch tape. A Glideskin neck seals smoothly without rubbing. Embossed panels behind the knees free up your leg movement. At the ankles, Aquaflush 2.0 drainage lets any water escape the lower legs quickly rather than pooling in the suit, and the velcro ankle straps and non-slip cuffs close everything off.

The YKK zip at the back with the Overhead Backup Shield behind it, a neoprene panel you pull over your head that seals off the zip. Hex-Tech kneepads make kneeling comfortable and heat-sealed cuff edges keep water ingress down. As a 5/4 it's a winter suit for UK water, built to keep you out through the colder months.
