Ozone Pocket Rocket Parawing

The Ozone Pocket Rocket puts the feeling of pure foiling freedom within easy reach, a parawing built to blast upwind and then stash away in seconds for an open glide down swell. Smooth, forgiving handling means you can spend your energy on the ride rather than wrestling the wing, with no tip collapse even when you push it hard.

  • Accessible parawing for foiling freedom
  • Intermediate to advanced foilers
  • Fingertip bar control, no tip collapse
  • Single-surface double rip-stop nylon canopy
  • Quick, easy stash for pure swell riding

Our Test Team Thoughts

"With all their years of making paragliders, when somebody had the idea to create a parawing, it made sense that Ozone might lead the way. Well, they did. Literally straight out of the bag, this parawing behaves itself. It's a great tool to learn to parawing on once you've locked in your wing foiling skills and are already riding. Don't try to use this as your first entry into foiling, as Parawinging is not as easy as those riders already out there make it look."

Performance & Feel

A refined bridle system keeps the canopy profile clean, delivering smooth, efficient power that's easy to control on foil. The single-surface, double rip-stop nylon canopy generates lift at low airspeed for forgiving handling with enough grunt to get you up on foil. Stashing away for a swell run takes seconds and a coating on the material helps shed water too, improving both flying characteristics and water relaunch.

The leading edge is reinforced with flexible, lightweight pre curved battens to hold its profile through angle-of-attack changes and turbulence and Transverse Canopy Shaping across the leading edge area keeps the surface cleaner where it matters most on the wing. Lines running across the underside distribute bridle load evenly, avoiding excess span tension so the canopy profile staya precisely controlled under load. A custom, lightweight carbon-fibre handle with contoured EVA grip gives fingertip control for effortless upwind tacking and downwind cruising The colour-coded bridle lines and control bar make redeployment quick and foolproof after a stash.

The result is a parawing that's genuinely useable once you've got your wing foiling fundamentals down, while still rewarding more experienced riders who want to push the upwind angle or ride it hooked in on a harness. Six sizes, 1.9m through to 5.0m, cover a wide range of conditions and rider weights.
