Performance & Feel

The Reo has been Ozone's dedicated wave kite since 2012.  The low aspect design keeps handling fast and direct, generating enough consistent power to punch around a section without dragging you off your line. Finely tuned profiles and canopy shaping give the kite genuine float as you ride down the face, so it feels like it's moving with you through a turn rather than pulling away from it. De-power is smooth and progressive, with positive bar pressure held right through the bar throw range, so the kite stays predictable as you push into bigger de-power for unhooked riding or an overpowered session.

The leading edge and struts use a technical rip-stop Dacron for strength and durability without adding bulk, and the Fast Flow One-Pump inflation system gets you set up and packed away quickly. Two Variable Bridle Geometry settings extend the kites wind range further. Rear line adjustment tabs let you fine-tune bar pressure and turning speed to your own preference.

Relaunch is straightforward too and nine sizes run from 4m to 12m, giving riders all options to go chase the waves.
