The Shield sits right at mid-range in Prolimit’s men’s line, below Vapor, Mercury and Predator and above Fusion, and it’s the one suit in that range aimed specifically at foiling. What sets it apart is where the reinforcements are. Prolimit has put padding it at the points a foiler actually needs. Padding at the right shoulder that takes the board and foil on the walk to and from the water and also at the knees, the shins.

The 5/3 build keeps your body warm with more freedom in the arms and legs than a thicker suit. The Free-X front zip gives a wide opening for getting in and out of, and the zip runner closes at the top to cut down water getting in.
